Blog Spams

I know the Blog feature isn't used by many/much. And I know that all this effort to stop spam is pointless until the admin wake up for once and put some anti spam measures in.

If I were paying for webspace and bandwidth, why would I want to let others spam my forum with porn and nasties that are just horrible to those who have kids playing the game and visiting the forum? Meh

Here's how to disable the 'Trackback' feature in your blogs, and so stop those ads from appearing by those spam-alot-bots...

Sign in, and go to your blog page.

You'll see a toolbar at the top of the blog with different options. Click on 'Your Blog Settings'

A window will pop up, un-select 'Allow Blog entry Trackbacks?', then click save.


And you're done.
